He is the founder and general overseer of the Initiators of Change Ministries. He is also the head of a school network found in many Senior High Schools in Ghana, called World Changers. Its core purpose is to raise an army of soul winners to bring men back to God and restore man to his original position.

He studied Communication Design at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – Kumasi.

He is a devoted husband to his wife, Irene, and father to their four children, Clifford Jnr., Gloria, Kathryn and Sharon. His entire life is lived by the word of Faith and Power.
