Established in 2006 and officially registered with the Government of Ghana as a church, Initiators of Change Ministries (ICM) has steadily grown and flourished over the years. Its solid foundation is built upon healthy and thriving relationships with other Christian organizations, both locally in Ghana and internationally. From its humble beginnings, ICM has extended its reach to various regions across Ghana, touching countless lives with the message of salvation and love.
But ICM’s mission doesn’t stop at Ghana’s borders. With a relentless determination to fulfill the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, ICM is committed to proclaiming the gospel to every nation on earth. THE VISION
- Winning the Lost at All Cost for Jesus Christ: At the heart of ICM’s vision is the fervent desire to see souls saved and brought into the Kingdom of God. No effort will be spared in reaching out to the lost and sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ’s love and redemption.
- Raising Competent Leaders: ICM recognizes the importance of equipping and empowering leaders who will carry the torch of the Gospel forward. Through mentorship, training, and discipleship programs, ICM is committed to nurturing capable leaders who will impact their communities and beyond.
- Setting up Campus Christian Networks: Recognizing the significance of reaching the younger generation, ICM aims to establish vibrant Christian networks on college and university campuses, both within Ghana and internationally.
