Thank you for supporting Initiators Of Change Ministries (ICM) through our online shop. This policy explains when you can get a refund for items bought on initiatorsofchange.org.
Digital products
All items in our shop are digital books and audio teachings, delivered as downloads straight after payment. Because a digital file cannot be “returned” once it has been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
When we will refund or help you
We will gladly fix the problem, or give you a full refund, if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your payment went through but you never received your download link.
- The file is damaged, will not open, or is not the product you ordered, and we cannot send you a working copy within 3 working days.
Download links
For your security, each download link can be used 3 times and expires 2 days after purchase. If your link has expired or run out before you could save your file, contact us with your order number and we will reissue it free of charge. This is not a reason for a refund.
How to ask for help or a refund
Email info@initiatorsofchange.org within 7 days of your purchase and include:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The name and email address used at checkout
- A short description of the problem
We aim to reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (card or mobile money) through our payment provider, Paystack. Depending on your bank or network, it can take 5 to 10 working days for the money to appear.
Donations and partnership giving
Gifts, offerings and partnership donations are not purchases and are generally not refundable. If you made a giving error (for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate payment), please contact us within 14 days and we will review it with you.
